We have stayed at Trilogy 3 times now. We love the apartments, love the easy walk & love that it isn't right in the centre of the busy Surfers Paradise strip. Close to tram also.

Cleanliness need to be improved
The check in was smooth. But the room is not clean. Toilet has poo stain. The kitchen drain is super smelly.

Good value for money
Location was good. Sunday check in was painful, no staff from 1pm and took about 20 minutes for them to answer after hours phone number. Room was good for the money 2 bedrooms with big balcony. Bathroom was a bit below average with no toilet paper and mould on shower. Overall was a good place and probably come back one day.

Fantastic location, easy check in and great friendly service. We had the double story penthouse which was very spacious and well set out. Fantastic for a family, maybe even two! My only faults would be that it would have been lovely to have a TV in the master suite (I think there is usually one there but was removed for some reason) and that there were no hand weights or mirrors in the gym. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay :)
