Beautiful hotel...large rooms that are well appointed and very comfortable beds!!
This property is very nice and very clean. I had the pleasure to have this room as a home away from home for the past 2 days. Hotels are about comfort and convenience. Sadly if you're looking for that keep looking. Because you can't even get bottle of water here. NOTHING IS AVAILABLE and what is available closes early. I am never one to write a review of anything but this stay has gotten to me. Why is this hotel open if Everything that's available is at another Hotel???? It's 4.28 am and the closest thing to fresh drinking water is my Stay Well Premier filtered faucet water in room or I was told there's a short walk( in the cold) to the sister property to get something to drink. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.... preferably one that will offer you a bottle of water!!!
I’ve stayed here before, but now the nickel and dime routine is getting out of hand. Everything is closed due to COVID, like pool and spa but they continue to charge you $45/day for a resort fee when even the concierge is closed. Now they want $20 a day to have a coffee machine in your room.
We have stayed at the Vdara many times. It is our "go to" spot. King suite is always comfortable and view of the fountains are always worth it! The only downside this visit was the resort fee when nothing was open: no pool, spa, or coffee. Otherwise we are always happy with the Vdara.
We had the worst nights sleep at Vdara. The mattress was sunk in and like a conoe. Reported it to the front desk, and they said they would send an employee to check it. Nobody came though. We went to the front desk and reported the issue again. They sent someone several hours later and did eventually replace the mattress. This was a 2 night stay, and the trip was ruined due to horrible sleep the first night which made the following day miserable.
Hotel is a bit run down and is due for a major renovation.
The room itself was amazing! Very spacious, plenty of power sockets for your gadgets (especially if you’re with two children!), the view was fantastic too. We could see the Bellagio fountain from the comfort and safety of our room. Also, the room has a microwave inside!!! I’m so excited because now we could take and reheat some leftovers. The beddings and pillows are amazing and very comfortable. Bathroom has a large soaking tub in it and a spacious shower. My only complain about the bathroom is it only has a single sink but very minor issue. The room has plenty of closets and drawers for storage. Now, for the bad part...as much as how wonderful the room was the service was terrible!!! Maybe this is the result of the pandemic but housekeeping is very hard to get a hold of and the bell hop service is almost non-existent. We requested for our room to be cleaned and give us fresh towels. We left our room at 11:00 am and when we came back around 2:00 pm our room was still disheveled. We had to request the second time coz according to the front desk they show no request made...mind blown! Long story short we got our room cleaned after leaving the room a second time and coming back in the evening. When we checked in, bell hop told us that there were ONLY 2 bell men available throughout the hotel!!! Again, mind blown! When we were checking out early morning around 6:00 am, we called for help to take our luggage down and they said that the bell hop service is not available till 9
This is a 5 star hotel. Everything is superb. No casino in the hotel but can walk to the neighbor hotel, Aria to go to casino.
Amazing and A Beautiful Hotel
Amazing Experience! I’ve seen “pet friendly“ hotels with lots of restrictions and conditions, but Vdara really was friendly for pets. They even had a doggy park. Very clean and safety measures were carefully carries out by the hotel. My favorite hotel in Vegas
