The Vdara made me feel comfortable and at ease during a pandemic. They gave complimentary face masks and hand sanitizers. The room was beautiful and cozy at the same time. Would definitely recommend staying at the Vdara! Parking is currently free.

Very nice stay here I’m a local so we are well aware of our resorts here in Vegas. You’ll love it here

    Poor 2.0
Was very excited to stay at Vdara for the first time and I chose this hotel because it felt as if it would be clean and with my 2 kids I wanted to make sure they were in a clean room We reserved the suite with a view to the fountains and when we arrived I pulled out the sofa to make sure it was clean for my daughters and there was condom in the back of the sofa. It made me angry and I just didn’t feel safe anymore, how can a place not be detail cleaned during a pandemic? They moved urls to another suite “upgrade” but this room had a limited view of the fountains and on top of that there was an old gel container again by the sofa. And a small bottle of alcohol in the restroom. I was too tired to switch hotels but this was without a doubt the worst stay in Vegas so far. Next time with my family it will be the signature or venetian. I have stayed at almost every hotel in the strip and this was the worst.

I was very excited with Vdara hotel when I booked it. When we arrived it was very clean and not crowded. The only problem was that smoking is not allowed however when you walk in to your room there is a smell of smoke that caused my allergies to flare up. Also I don’t understand why we had to pay for resort fees and yet their pool was closed all week. Be ready to part with money when you arrive, we were charge $400 to ensure we don’t break anything. When we got to our hotel, I noticed the tablet was broken. I called immediately to report and they assured we wouldn’t be charged and they would come next morning to get us a new one. Guess what! When we arrived home there was a $150 charge to my card. When I called they accused me of breaking the tablet. When I informed them of the incident the lady called her manager then later informed me I wouldn’t be charged. I told them that it was not right and that means the next person would also be charged. Otherwise I loved the hotel, they provided pots for me to make some chai and even gave us dish soap and a scrub to clean my utensils.

    Great for families
Me and my friends came for a birthday trip during covid. It was a very nice and clean hotel. The security elevators were annoying but safety is the upmost importance given the Vegas shooting. If you are looking to have friends over, it is annoying to come down stairs to let them up. Amenities were limited during the week but during the weekend it is open. Pool is closed Monday-Thursday during the week BUT you can go to Aria's pool. However, on Friday-Sunday you can NOT go to Aria's pool. Luckily one of our friends stayed there (it's a lot more fun at Aria)! Vdara's pool is very chill and relaxing. If you are looking to party, stay at Aria! The good thing about Vdara is the kitchenette. Drinks in Vegas are expensive and after the second night of paying almost $200+ each night, we bought a big bottle of Tito's at Walgreens for $40. Located on the corner after walking through the Cosmopolitan. We mostly hung out at Aria and Cosmopolitan. It was annoying there is not direct connection to Cosmopolitan. It is connected to Bellagio which was great since people have been avoiding the strip since it is ghetto now. Anyway, Vdara is clean, the kitchen is great if you want to purchase your food and have storage. Amazing views of Bellagio kind of off centered views and they gave me a complimentary upgrade based on availability. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The is no room service but you can order food from wherever on your Apps (Doordash, UberEats) and it's cheaper too

    heck in confusion
We went through the check in process on the app. It informed us that our room was ready. The electronic key never generated. We had to go wait in line at reception and get keys. Upon arrival at our room, the door wasn’t completely taped. We entered anyway only to have housekeeper without knocking to clean the carpet. He said it wasn’t taped because it wasn’t ready. Both the app and the front desk missed that key detail.

    would stay again!
Great hotel, no casino which is fine. Charged resort fee but spa, pool and fitness center were all closed due to Covid. Not sure what other resort features I had left to enjoy.
