    Friendliness and Cleanliness shines!

    Everyone has been phenomenal. Room was clean. Everyone was attentive! Lamar the mini bar guy was super friendly and made my day each time I waved by. I had a small problem with my shower head and Tomas was a rock star fixing it while I was in my meeting!

    Impossible to get hold of concierge. The phone line, in room phone, QR code are all not working. My pregnant wife tried to unsuccessfully confirm spa reservation for 4 days. At check-in she was told to go up to the spa herself to do it!!! Will not return.
