Positives: The hotel is good, room is clean, breakfast served is tasty but limited and the staff is professional. Negatives: the hotel is somewhat old and needs some care for example some lights need fixing, the bathtub needs to be replaced because it accumulates water and not drain properly. The hotel is far from a supermarket or restaurants. My recommendation for the management to improve the hotel is to, check or fix the appliances for the rooms and renovate some stuff. So overall a nice stay.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good, the staff friendly and very helpful. I didn’t use the pool or sauna. There isn’t air con in rooms, summers are hot. A little noisy, with train line to back and road to front. The rooms do not have chains or bolts on door. (On my second night 2 young men came into my room because the reception gave them a key to the wrong room , everyone was so shocked and embarrassed a genuine mistake, but a chain on the door would have stopped the incident.) I needed a hotel close to the 02 Arena, so this hotel was good for that.

For the price I think you get just as you expect. Clean rooms, a decent breakfast and friendly staff. The breakfast closes at 10, and the woman turns off the lights 09.55 and gets mad if someone stays there too long after and if you take a cup of coffee at 10. We didn't use the spa and wellness facility, but looked nice.

It wasn’t close to anything, so requires car service to go anywhere. You have to pay extra money to use the pool and you pay for every 30 minutes of use! Breakfast was ok, same food every day. They didn’t change the sheets the whole week and towels only if they’re left on the bed.
