Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich nett aber eine Servicekraftdas beim Frühstück war mehr als nur unfreundlich, leierte mit den augen, kein lächeln, das nachfüllen von leeren Speisen dauerte ewig bei ihr. Diese Frau ist definitiv fehl am Platz. Der Parkplatz des hotels ist extrem verwinkelt bezüglich der ein und Ausfahrt. Die Zimmer sind veraltet aber ordentlich. Aber eines war eine reine Katastrophe, musste man hintereinander aufs WC war das nicht möglich, die Spülung hat ca 30min gedauert bis sie wieder funktioniert hat. Nochmal würde ich das hotel nicht buchen.

Die Prager Tage
Das Hotel hatte ich vor Jahren schon ein Mal besucht... die Sauberkeit wurde zu 100% gesteigert... Wenn man abends mal im Hotel verbringt ist das gestalten etwas eingeschränkt... keine Bar oder Möglichkeit essen vor Ort zu sich zu nehmen... das Fernsehprogramm beschränkt sich nur auf tschechische Auswahl... das Personal ist super freundlich da kann man nichts sagen... die Nutzung des Pools ist auch klasse...

Beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Auf die Frage ob wir am letzten Tag das Auto deren Parkplätzen lassen könnten um den letzten Tag noch zu nutzen wurde uns das verweigert und wir mussten den fast leeren Parkplatz verlassen. Außerdem birgt das Hotel viele versteckte Kosten die anfangs nicht aufgezeigt wurden. Nichts für jemanden der meint er hätte hierbei ein Schnäppchen ergattert

Établissement trés excentré. Heureusement, la ville est très bien desservie et les transports en commun sont faciles d'accès. Le petit-déjeuner est très sommaire, les produits sont de qualité médiocre et manquent de fraîcheur. La chambre était spacieuse et relativement propre mais la tv ne fonctionnait pas, et malgré notre demande, le problème n'a pas été résolu.
