Pure Excellence
Phenomenal friendly and accommodating staff. Large pristine room. Water temp and pressure perfect. Well lighted. AC and heat worked promptly. In room Keurig a lifesaver. Breakfast was good, better than most similar venues, but hardly excellent. Just two minor drawbacks: No pleasant view, but considering location a nice view is impossible. Also, I understand most paper is made out of tree pulp. The toilet paper here, I believe, is made out of cactus. Those with ‘roids, BEWARE. Fortunately a hospital is less than two miles away, and a paramedic-staffed firehouse is even closer.

Bed Bugs!!!
I just got done calling the manager. I stayed in Room #117 and my 8 yr old daughter had to go to urgent care due to bite bumps all over her. Confirmed by DR. They are BED BUG BITES!! My lil girl is miserable, I have cost of DR and meds. This stay was not worth it. However when I called Clarissa the manager she was very pleasant very understanding and very apologetic to what had happened and said she was going to turn it to her regional manager to get it handled as soon as possible. I am not sure how this will happen but I can definitely tell you the room I stayed in was bedbug infested. The beds need replaced they are very old and very uncomfortable and rooms needed cleaned a little better but the customer service and the people that took care of us were very very nice and wonderful towards us. Still not worth the expense of the motel the doctor bill and the medicine and the uncomfortability of the beds definitely wasn’t worth the place of stay.

Pool trip not enjoyable
Took granddaughter on overnight stay to get her away from family with health issues the night, went mainly for the pool, a large group were fighting and drinking and vaping with a lot of language that was not for children to hear, very disappoint in the response from the staff when brought to their attention
