Wonderful escape if you don’t care about wi-fi
My only complaint about this superb resort is the enforced disconnect from the "real world" beyond. Sometimes we do need easy contact and access to information, even while on vacation. The resort provides slow and unreliable Wi-Fi access, but only in a few common areas. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. We struggled with this issue, but others may not care. Just be forewarned. We didn't anticipate the issue.

Firstly a few of the restaurant staff were fabulous. Arrived to find the lagoon bure we had booked was not available and were offered an "upgrade" to a smaller and much older room , " beachside"- actually garden bure. We were not the only ones this happened to. Nobody should have to be in tears and prove their booking on arrival. Paid and booked 7 months ago. Very Unprofessional. Management need to spend money on the accommodation - the bures are very tired ,moldy bathrooms and shutters, dirty timber furniture. Food very ordinary and constantly running out of basic items. Feel very angry, and we travel a lot ,so we know 4 star when we see it, this was not even close. Cant use the words I would like, beyond disappointed will have to do.

Everything about the resort and staff was wonderful. Our complaint would be the confusion around the airport arrival and the ferry schedules. We virtually lost our first day and arrived at the resort in the dark. Had we known more, we would have stayed overnight in Nadi and extended our trip by one day.
