Economical and clean hotel.
Citidines is a modest hotel with all the amenities that we needed. A fresh toothbrush in the room everyday---that was a treat. Very clean. We were there to visit our son and he stayed with us a couple of nights and they must have noticed from his passport that it was his birthday and left him a note with happy birthday and a happy birthday chocolate bar---a very nice touch. We had breakfast there a couple of days and it was good. The staff was very helpful. No complaints!!

Fantastic
This hotel was amazing. The staff understood our late arrival and had our beds prepared. They even called a taxi for us when it was time to go.

We had a pretty good stay here. There was a 7-11 located next door and the area felt safe to walk at night. The metro was only a 5 min walk distance and about a 15 minute walk from Kabukicho area. Hotel main door requires key access after midnight. TV channels were broken but that wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value for your money.
Amazing stay! Would definitely come back. The only problem we had was it was either too hot or too cold in the room. We chose to turn the heat on than to freeze. Unfortunately, it was too dry in the room. Not a big factor though. We would still stay at this hotel if we come back to Tokyo!

The property and hotel was amazing. The staff was very helpful. The room was great and fully equipped with small kitchen and fridge, comfortable bed, and even a small sitting area. There was a partition to divide the sitting area from the bedroom. Big for Japan standards! Taking off 2 stars because we requested a crib, but were not told about the extra charge associated with it until we checked out, so we didn't get a chance to even decline it. Very unprofessional
