About Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo, Tokyo

Aparthotel with fitness center, close to Shinjuku Gyoen Park

Parks and metro

A 10-minute walk from several parks, including popular Shinjuku Gyoen, Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo combines the perks of a central location with the calming effects of nature. Shinjuku-gyoemmae and Shinjuku-sanchome metro stations are both within a 10-minute walk.

decent place to stay
everything is good except the cleanliness. it seems to be clean at first glance but there are lots of settled dust in the corners of the furniture, the room, and under the beds. we were traveling with a baby so such details matter a great deal. the kitchen is useful for making baby food.

Great hotel with awesome stuff
That was a great time that we spent in that hotel with my little daughter! The room was unexpectably huge for Japan and they have a super nice stuff.

It was our 4th time to stay here. Always a great experience. Rooms and kitchen are great! Restaurants are the best - so near and open early so breakfast would always be at this tempura soba place on the corner and late dinners at this ramen gyoza place ! Staff was super helpful and its so central. Stay here. We come every year and never stay anywhere else.

Perfectly decent but have breakfast elsewhere
A comfortable hotel convenient to Shinjuku. A little more spacious than many in Tokyo, clean, quiet, relaxing. Front desk was very friendly. Just one thing. Please Citadines, do something about the horrible breakfast. Hotel breakfasts are often not great but the Citadines' was the worst. Poor quality of food (margarine? non-dairy creamer? undrinkable coffee?) but also some of it tasted bad, off, inedible.

Citadines Shinjuku is a great hotel!
This was our third visit to Tokyo as we had an agenda of the sites that we wanted to visit, e.g. Tokyo Sky Tree, Tokyo Tower and Tsukiji Fish Market. We were able to navigate the trains around Shinjuku and as well, to Kanagawa. The front hotel staff translated instructions in Japanese for our taxi driver as this allowed us to purchase items with ease in Kanagawa. Great help, service was amazing at Citadines Shinjuku and highly recommend it for the location, room amenities (kitchenette was great) and spacious in comparison to Apa Hotel. Definitely will come back!
