This was the worst maintained franchise motel we stayed at during our 18- day trip. The desk clerk was friendly but the room #211) was very bad. Please tell me that Rodeway Inns are not supposed to be as run down as this one. F C Humphrey Pocatello, ID

Filthy, disgusting pigsty.
This was hands down the most disgusting, filthy hotel I have ever stayed in. First off, I requested non smoking g and got a smoking room. The place stunk and there were burn marks on the counters (more associated with drug use). I requested another room and could not be accommodated. The bed was so gross that I went out and bought my own sheets to put on top of the gross bed. The chair in the room was torn. Place was totally moldy. Looks like it had never been cleaned. I stayed 2 nights only because there was nothing else available and I was playing in a golf tournament and needed to be close to the course. I checked out after 2 nights when another hotel had a vacancy and requested a refund. Hotels.com could not get in touch with the property so looks like I will eat the last night. Just awful. Should be condemned. Like a crack house. Customer service sorely lacking as well. Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider this filthy dump. Next time I will book ahead and not get stuck in such a filthy dump.
