L’hôtel est très bien situé La chambre est très bien équipée Je trouve simplement dommage qu’il n’y est plus le service dans les chambres pour le petit-déjeuner
We enjoyed the property. But corridors are a bit dark at night as you go to your room in the evening. Beach towels had to be returned at 6 pm but the pool closes at 8 pm. So we walked back to our room dripping wet. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They had answers to many our questions. The restaurant service was a bit slow but the food was excellent. Yes, it's likely that I would recommend Manava Resort to others.
This is a good hotel to stay to for a day or to use their transition rooms before going to the airport. The food was good, drinks were good and the pool was amazing. Everything was great except one of the bathrooms in the bedrooms. When you took a shower it smelled like someone just finished peeing everywhere.
No refund (Not even partial) after Covid cancelled our trip and flight. They offered us a credit valid for one year only, and they actually expect us to travel 12 hours on 2 flights worth 4 times the cost of the room just for a one night stay. They are the definition of “ that’s our policy not our problem “. Probably would have been nice otherwise, I can’t judge the physical attributes of the hotel since we will probably never see it
In hotel defense we stayed at Sofitel right before in an overwater bungalow. The guy that checked us in was training as well so he was nervous. Overall. Really nice place.
It was amazing! We loved the resort and the staff was wonderful! Thank you for such a great stay! We would highly recommend the Manava Resort!
The staff at the hotel are all very welcoming and couldn’t have been more lovely! The images on Hotels.Com make this hotel look luxurious however it isn’t. It’s very dated and the room smelled strongly of mildew. The breakfast offering was not great and even the fruit wasn’t up to par. That said, we did have a lovely dinner at the pool restaurant. Unfortunately after staying down the road at another hotel for nearly the same cost, this one really looked more like a motel :-(
Don’t waste you time here. It was dirty and overpriced.
The hotel is okay. I can not mention anything super exciting about it, but it is not bad. My general feeling about the hotel is that it’s pretty basic. The hotel property is not very big, but you can walk around and enjoy the surroundings. The most negative thing about the hotel was that there was no beach! You can go directly into the water from a little pier using stairs, but the area where you can swim is so small and super rocky! The hotel has a very nice swimming pool, but the water there was super cold, I wish they heated it even a little bit. The restaurant on hotel property was busy all the time, many people from outside the hotel came there for dinner every single night. I tried to eat lunch there once, but I did not like my food at all to be honest. Also everything on the menu was really overpriced. My room (#4207) was big. It had a little separated kitchen area right next to the front door. I liked the balcony and the nice view of the water from it. I did not like the bed at all, it was hard and really uncomfortable. The air conditioner did not work in my room, but I really enjoyed sleeping with the balcony doors open every night, the fresh ocean air was awesome! I liked that the actual toilet and the rest of the bathroom were separate from each other. The bathroom was big, and there was a bathtub and a shower stall there which is great! Meanwhile I did not like the bathroom amenities at all, they were a very bad quality. Wi-Fi was working terribly in all areas.
Overpriced, outdated and worn hotel room that stank of mold. The floor was so dirty you don’t want to take of your shoes. The layout was horrible and you could follow your neighbors conversation trough walls and windows. A total disappointment especially since I just changed from the lovely (and cheaper) pearl Beach resort..
