Prefer courtyard villa!
Stayed in both one bedroom pool villa & courtyard villa. Personally prefer courtyard though not in main complex. Pool villa-close to beach, clean and new towels. Complain, found a piece of tissure paper floating in the kettle, sticky thing at bottom of cups! : ( Courtyard villa-prefer its layout, bigger pool. Complain, towels are a bit old! We did enjoy afternoon tea, beaufiful sunset, grea breakfast, friendly staff.

Great property featuring private and very large villas with enormous and luxurious bathrooms, outside showers and private swimming pools! All wonderful, one thing that could be improved is the towels which are old and in my view should be replaced by management. Other than that property is outstanding and centrally located.

stayed in the courtyard side. very convenient to seminyak square, just a shirt walk away. dinner at the breeze was great while we watched the sunset. huge villa and pool. will be back again.

Old world excellence
We stayed at royal court villas for two nights. These are villas across the road and down the lane from the main complex. We fully utilised hotel buggies to ferry to and from the main complex. It was so seamless as it would turn up within minutes. This complex is also a short 2 min walk from Semyniak square. Villa (no 317) had an amazing large pool and many luxuries inc spa, twin showers etc. Minor negative was consistent construction noise during the day from the neighboring site. Highlight of our stay was customer service which at Samaya is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble inc late check out, numerous buggy rides at all times and so on. It is what separates old world hotel like Samaya from new hotels like Indigo where we spent 3 night and ultimately regretted. Thank you Samaya!!!
