Checkout Issues

The hotel itself was fine. The staff when I checked out was rude to me @checkout. I was 27 minutes late checking out & they had locked my card out AND tried to charge me a late checkout fee but OFFERED the white family next to me to let them check in 3 1/2 hours for FREE! I had to show my phone as proof that nobody called me back from the hotel! To make matters worse,someone had charged my room $15.50 without my knowledge.After all of this, the manager & the security guard watched us grab our luggage out of the room & watched us load our car from valet parking! Completely unacceptable & unjustified when they were the ones with the issues!! I filed a complaint with the corporate office so they are aware of the type of employees they hadcworking there Monday.
