The staff here are amazing! Everyone went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Lyle and Brian were quick to respond to any questions we had-even making a special coffee when we arrived just after the Bistro closed. Mo, the bartender, had such a warm and inviting persona and his stories were a welcome reprieve from the stress of a day of flights. Rashard was amazing taking our large family order in the AM.

Willing to lose 1000s over $127!
Overall my stay was good. People are friendly and helpful. I needed to use the business center. You can only use the computer standing up as the chair it to short for the counter the computer is on. The breakfast people are great and so are the housekeeping. The hotel does have a weed smell inside at times. My major issue is the lack of willing to work with me. I booked the hotel. I do understand it was refundable however most hotels will work with you. I called right after booking as i needed one less night than I actually booked. They wouldn’t budge on this. I again explained the situation when I arrived at the hotel. I also told them I planned to tracked to Dc many times over the next year. They still wouldn’t budge even after I said my plans would be to book a different hotel. Still nothing. I do know they have the flexibility to make the change if they want to. So for now the rest of my stays will be a thr Hilton one block away and a better area for food a restaurant so after a long work day. I also checked out the Hilton and it appears to be a nice place to stay. Good bye courtyard. Myself and coworkers willltskr our money elsewhere.

It was a pleasant stay at Courtyard Washington DC/U.S. Capitol. The hotel is only 50m to the Metro station and has valet parking as well. Very convenient.
