Awesome hotel - great location in Daan near MRT and lots of restaurants/bars, very clean/modern, excellent and friendly staff made me feel welcome. Also, super clutch, they gave me a smartphone for my trip with full Google Chrome, maps, and calling!
Second stay here, Da-an is super convenient to many places via the neirby metro stop, this trip we found a night market a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is nice, and the staff is terrific, room amenities, free minibar and other items make staying here a real pleasure.
This Boutique Hotel is cosy, charming, and beautiful! Its rather quiet, The staff is one that needs to be exported across all hotels in the world- Very kind, professional and helpful- The room was one of the best I have stayed in (and i live in hotels) so many amenities, and technology! free min-bar :) Thank you ! You have made my first visit to Taipei Exceptional!!
On average, I travel approximately 200,000 miles a year, giving me ample opportunity to sample Hotels all over the world. This is the first time that I completely disagreed with positive reviews. The Eclat hotel is completely overpriced for the level of room size, hotel condition, and cleanliness. Upon check-in, we are unpleasantly surprised to have a stained comforter a dirty toilet and shower. The lock on the bathroom broken, we called immediately to have repaired. To the hotel credit, they repaired the bathroom quickly. but, only for it to break after the first use. Although the staff was responsive to our issues, at the price, no traveling should have to deal with the inconvenience. Final note, check your bill. The hotel added breakfast to our bill, that we didn't actually have. Visit Taiwan, it's an amazing city but avoid this hotel. According to locals, the property across the street is less expensive and has larger room high-quality rooms.
We came and stayed for family vacation. The hotel and rooms were very unique and lots of great decorations. Rooms are large and clean with comfort. The bath room is wonderful. The hotel services are provided in details with cares. We will definitely come to this hotel again. Highly recommended.
