I had made two reservations online. One for work during the week and then a personal one for the weekend. When I arrived, I explained that I had made two separate reservations because I needed to pay for them with different credit cards. But I was hoping to stay in the same room. The girl at the desk was awesome, she charged the correct days to the cards I wanted and I was able to stay in the same room. She noticed I was traveling alone and asked if a smaller room and smaller closet was ok, Yes it was. So, she gave me one of the best rooms in the hotel on the top floor with a great view of the river and Mt. Hood. The hotel is very secure. You need to use your room key to enter the hotel and to get up the elevator. The only downside is that they don't have a restaurant onsite. But there are so many restaurants and food carts nearby that it really did not matter very much. Location is great and can utilize the lightrail trains that are only 1/2 block away. The price was less than 80% of the other hotels I looked at. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for easy walking throughout the downtown area. Secured entry and elevator key needed to get onto elevator. Very friendly front desk clerks. Great spot to get to all the major attractions downtown by foot. No car needed if staying and seeing the city area.
