Good location, nice hotel
Nice hotel right along the river. Quiet street just off one of the main roads, very easy access from the subway. Plenty of good eats nearby. Room was large and clean, and pretty comfortable. Very thin doors and walls, so it can get a bit noisy at times, depending on which room you are in. Wifi was quite good. TV didn't really get reception except on a couple of stations. Not the world's most comfortable bed, but it wasn't bad enough to stop me from sleeping.

Worst experience in my family's travel so far
If there was a review option less than 0, I would choose that, as reserving a room at the Albion is akin to not reserving a room anywhere as we were left driving around in the rain at night when we arrived to find a closed hotel.

Wonderful boutique hotel
very nice boutique hotel -- only 16 rooms. You do have to climb a lot of stairs but it's very safe and secure. They give you a key to the building in addition to your room because the building is kept locked. Note: it's not real noticeable so be sure to look for the security button when you first get there so you can get in to check in. You'll wake to the aroma of breakfast -- will make you really hungry. Had a very nice big rooms

Best hotel on 3-wk trip
Other than the two flights of difficult climbing with bags, this was an absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff was great, security was great (you get a key to access the hotel) the room was big and bath was big. Also has parking in front of hotel (it's pay and display but we were there over a Sunday night so only had to pay 2 pounds for the two hours we were there on Monday. Would recommend this to anyone.

Old and run down, no parking during the day,
Unfortunately we could only stay 1 of the 4 nights booked as our car didn't fit through the extremely narrow tunnel you need to drive through to park your car. We were also advised we could only park the car overnight and would need to park or elsewhere during the day. Street parking is €3 per hour with a max of 3hrs so it just wasn't suitable. We are a couple with a 6 mtg old so needed to park and access the car at the property. The hotel is very run down, the floor is slanted and the dining table was propped up on blocks, the bathroom was terrible, very old, no fan, in a sort of cupboard in the corner of the room. Also opposite building works which went on til 9pm. The hotel staff were very friendly and understanding of our parking issue and let us cancel the remaining 3 nights without penalty in conjunction with hotels.com agreement so we had to call them to get the cancellation applied but that was easy enough.
