Never again!
This was a dirty and very unwelcoming hotel. The staff at the front desk (one person) was unfriendly and inefficient. They knew how dirty the hotel was since they proceeded to shampoo the carpet of the first floor between 2 PM and 5 PM, right when we arrived and needed to rest after an exhausting trip. We were the only guests on that floor, leaving 4 or 5 rooms empty and available for cleaning. The noise level was atrocious and our complaints were completely ignored. The cleaning crew said they received orders, the front desk clerk said she couldn't reach the manager, and nothing was done to alleviate the issue. We asked to be moved to another room, but were told that no room was available. Although the location was convenient, it was not worth it in the end as we couldn't rest as planned. Side note: the mattresses are of such poor quality that I had to visit my chiropractor to relieve me from the horrible back pain I suffered after only one night there. I will never stay there again and I do NOT recommend it.

The hotel was clean , the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind and the location was about 10-15 minutes to the large mall in Kraków

Excellent small hotel in great location!
I really enjoyed my stay at the David Hotel. Throughout our 5 day stay the staff were very pleasant and helpful when required, especially when I had difficulty with my boarding pass! The hotel arranged the airport transfer which worked perfectly well. The room we had on the 4th floor was spacious and immaculately clean. Contrary to previous reviews....the duvets are not too small for the beds it is the continental style to have a duvet each on a double bed....I quite liked it! Breakfast was a simple buffet style which was plentiful and the coffee was very good. The location is great for all of the bars and restaurants in the Jewish quarter and is also a very easy walk to the old town square. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Krakow.

Krakow Trip
Arrived in the dark so was glad we arranged a taxi with the hotel - Excellent service - Got to the hotel and given a room on the 1st floor. Room a bit on the narrow side as the bed virtually touched the walls, had to get in and out from the bottom of the bed. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Found our bearings thanks to the staff who gave us city maps and directions. Found some great bars in the area and restaurantsound although we only ate in the restaurant "Barfly" really nice food and very good value for money. We would recommend this hotel and have planned to go back next winter as we enjoyed it so much.
