Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

We stayed here one night on our honeymoon and it’s a great property. It is a bit pricey but the views are stunning. They have 3 restaurants on site with a variety of options, but food is just okay. The pools are amazing. Staff is extremely helpful. We didn’t lift a finger during our stay. If your goal is to unwind this is a good place for it. I don’t believe the bungalows have bathtubs, so you may want to check as that is one item we missed.

Property was amazing. Wish we had had more time here. My only complaint was about the staff and the app they use for communication. There was a mixup with someone that had already checked out still having access to our room account and they ordered several things that we then had to spend an absurd amount of time arguing to get off of our bill. Once we’d checked out we were chopped liver. Our water taxi was late, they didn’t cover our luggage like they meticulously did for the arriving guests. We had to wade out into the water upon exit and entry (carrying luggage over our heads, 0 assistance from staff). All in all felt like guests weren’t valued.

Phi Phi Resort was quiet and beautiful, away from the noise and ruckus of Ton Sai which was awesome. If you’re looking for a getaway, then this is the spot. However, I did feel the total cost of staying at the resort was disproportionately high. Relative to other accommodations we’ve had in similar resort type locations, I thought the relative price was pretty high.
