Very comfortable, great stay!
Great staff & wonderful property. Andrea was so helpful with ideas / suggestions and making arrangements. It’s easy walking distance to market, restaurants & shopping or reasonably priced taxi ride to many other destinations. On-site restaurant & pool-area bar are operated by another company; had very good dinners ( a bit pricey but convenient) for 2 nights but breakfast was terrible the 1 morning I tried, great happy hour vibe & prices at the pool.

Honestly A Tropical Resort!
Although the Midas is located at the edge of town, it is within easy walking distance to the city center and all the other attractions in San Ignacio. Our King Deluxe room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the hotel pool area. It was such a nice place to cool off and relax after a day of exploring. Additionally it was wonderful to sit on our own porch in the evenings and just take in the sounds of the natural areas all around the property. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Andrea at the front desk. She not only helped us book airport transportation prior to our arrival but also helped us book a tour of the ATM Cave with very short notice. She really helped make our trip spectacular!
