Not a family friendly hotel
Went on a two week road trip with the fam, and this was the worst hotel we had. The owners had a young boy that couldn't speak English working the front so I had a hard time getting through the checking in process. We had to change rooms because the first one had no electricity. The air conditioner was not very good, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the pool wasn't clean. This also seemed like more of a local hangout spot than a family friendly hotel..There were large groups of younger people outside the rooms drinking and smoking. We also could hear people drag racing down the street at 2 in the morning..I would advise against staying here if you're on a family vacation.

Great Price- No thrills
The room was inexpensive and was a no thrills room. The only problem I had with it was how hot the room was. We arrived at about 4:00 pm and immediately turned on the air conditioner. It did not cool off (barely) until about 10:00 pm at night. If we had arrived late, we would have had a horrible nights rest.

Not good, horrible neighborhood. Housekeeping took my personal towel, dirty room and the breakfast was horrible coffee and apples..ridiculous and I wouldn't stay there for free if they begged me. I booked and paid non refund for 3 days..I checked out after 1

Close to hospital, but still not worth it
We knew this wasn't a great part of town, but we wanted to be as close as possible to the hospital. It is only a couple of minutes from Pres, but that was nearly all it had going for it. The pool wasn't bad. The room seemed clean enough, but was old and dingy and smelled bad. I walked out of the room in the morning and saw someone trying to break into one of the vehicles. The guy running the front desk was not super friendly, and don't bother asking for extra towels or wash cloths. We would not stay here again.
