The front desk guy handled my check-in quickly. The halls and doors could use a more regular cleaning. But, the room was clean. The only thing that wasn't was the Keurig. It was so gross inside, there was no way I was going to use it.

Great hotel conveniently located
Traveling alone with my dog made finding a nice hotel a bit of a challenge. This pet friendly hotel was as close to perfect for us as I could ask for. If I had to find one negative thing it would be that the bed was just a bit too hard. I will definitely stay here on my next trip through Kansas City.

Comfortable and Clean
Room was nice and clean. Beds very comfortable. Just a few exits from Royals stadium and 20 miles west of I 70 Speedway if you are planning to go to the races.

The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were happy and helpful. The other guests all reflected this attitude. The property is obviously old but well-maintained. I always travel with a swim suit, so I was only disappointed to find the pool closed!

The property is right off the interstate and very loud. The two rooms I stayed in didn’t have all the necessities, and the staff had me move after I was settled in for the night. The next morning the hotel manager elbowed me in the stomach very hard, and didn’t do anything about it at check out. What a great disappointment. I won’t stay there again.
