Great views from pool. Sub par service.
Room was big but mostly just wasted open floor. Pools are nice but even though they advertise pool drink/food service and have menus posted no one is around to serve you or take your order. Not a huge problem at the main pool bc the lobby bar is close by, but at the other resort pools you are on your own... no service, no towels. There also seemed to be an abundance of employees that were hanging out around but not helpful. Some would be in the restaurant right behind the pool being loud and some were playing ping pong. None of them were tending to guests... maybe that’s just how it is in the low season. Also, there was construction at the main pool.

Enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay, the bungalows are a little aged but comfortable, the price was a little high compared to other similar hotels, probably because of the proximity to the seafront. The quality and variety of the breakfast could be improved for the price being paid. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very good and generous hotel
We stayed 7 days in this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful, especially Kim who helped us with some issues developed with our fight back to Bangkok. The room was nice and the breakfast was great with so much to offer and incredibly generous. There is also complimentary free tea with more food at 4:00 pm which was nice. The hotel is 5 minute walk to the beach which was great. we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
