Horrible stay and customer service
This was the worst customer service I have experienced ever! We waited over three hours after check in time for our rooms to be ready! Even thoughts booked for two nights oceanfront and they told us we needed to be out of our room at 11:00AM the next day, leave out baggage at the front desk until they would let us know between 3:00PM - 6:00PM when our rooms will be ready! What is the point of booking two consecutive nights if you have to move rooms in the middle of your stay? They refused to let us stay in the room until the other room was ready!! These rooms were over $1300 and this is the service we get! Earlisha the front desk manager is rude, unprofessional and does not care about how she treats her customers!! Wow! What terrible service is this! We had 3 rooms here.. never again!!! How are they getting away with this???

West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner. The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

Perfect Couples Getaway
Our 5 night getaway to West Bay Club surpassed expectations! The hotel was clean, quiet, extremely comfortable and the staff was available, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious, we had no problem getting lounge chairs at the beach and pool, and the staff was more than happy to help us get reservations at local restaurants. Our room had a very well appointed kitchen so we took the hotel’s bicycles to the nearby IGA to stock up on snacks. Use the bikes!!! Turtle Cove is only 2km away and Smith Reef has fantastic snorkeling (West Bay Club provides snorkeling equipment!!) We would stay here again!!

Loved every minute of our stay. Staff is kind and friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was delicious. It’s more low key than the bigger resort which is what we wanted. We rented a car so we could explore the island and restaurants and that is highly recommended as a round trip anywhere , even a few miles away, was $100 round trip for 4 people. Car from Sixt was $300 all inclusive for 4 days and we were able to discover other wonderful beaches like Sopadilla and Turtle Cove.
