Weekend stay
We all had a pleasant stay, which we had more time. The bed is very comfortable.

Good 6.0
The beds were uncomfortable. I paid for four adults and one 14 year old, yet I was only given towels for four people. The breakfast on Friday morning was wonderful, but the breakfast on Saturday morning was disgusting. I had a letter when I returned to my room Friday afternoon that stated the maid service was unable to service my room due to the “Do not disturb” sign on my door. However, the entire room except for one bed had been serviced. The letter also stated that the maid service likes to service rooms in the morning and asked that I remove the “Do not disturb” sign prior to 10 AM. As someone who had just attended their grandmother’s funeral, I did not appreciate returning to said letter. If someone does not wish to have their room serviced, the “Do not disturb” sign is a way to state that. The maid service came by the room prior to us leaving and asked if we were ready. We said no but asked for towels. The staff may not have intended for the letter to be rude, but that is how it was interpreted.
