The little lady with the shaved blonde hair was excellent! We came to ride out hurricane Idalia, and she was so nice and helpful. She is a true asset to this establishment! Would stay here again largely because of her.

Renovating, but ok
When we booked this hotel, it did not state in the website that it was under renovation. We stayed 3 nights. We checked in on Tuesday. On Wednesday, we awoke to banging and drilling. As we were leaving fir the day, we noticed workmen changing locks on the doors. We asked if our room would be one of the rooms and wa told yes. No one shared with us that they would need access to our room while we were out. When we returned, we had to get new key cards. On the Thursday we returned to discover that neither bew key card worked! We had to get a new key card. Also, we noticed the lights flickering and then total darkness. The power went out, not once, but twice during the night. And the topping....on our last nught, Thursday, someone decided to fight and wanted to talk about it, apparently, they were drunk and carried it out to the hall. We saw 3 roaches in the room. Overall, it was okay, but I would call to see if they are still renovating before booking.
