Satisfied customer
Our stay was very enjoyable and I believe the catagory rating will reflect that. The only negative was my room was not cleaned one day. The most positive was the restaurant. Your staff was excellent , specifically Maria, Angela and Shawna. They are a true credit to your organization. Please convey my comments and express my appreciation to them. I will certainly be patronizing your hotels in my future travels and will endorse your company to friends and associates.

Beautiful historic hotel!
As always the doubletree staff is amazing. Always courteous, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is stunning. Built in 1912, and restored to former beauty, I walked through the different public areas to take it all in. That said, my room was comfortable and modern with all the accouterments expected. Great value as well.

Positive with caveats
I know the Hotel recently got a facelift but it still feels dated. I have nothing against period spaces but it just feels dingy. You should make better use of the main lobby, for example the check in desk is inconsequential in this big room. The bar is excellent. The restaurant feels European, that is neither good or bad. Our last day there was no hot water. I would stay again when in the area, no problem
