Excellent ! Excellent! Excellent !
We expected a good accommodation in a convenient location to explore the history rich Canterbury, but what we got was above and beyond our expectations. The room was immaculate, with a gorgeous view on the cathedral. The breakfast, served in the historic pub downstairs was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the pub that we had dinner there for the whole duration of our stay. The staff if energetic and friendly and very attentive. We enthusiastically recommend the millers arm to anyone traveling to Canterbury!

Great stay in Canterbury
The food was great in the restaurant, although the English Breakfasts are just not to my taste. The pub was really nice. The bonus was the excellent staff and the hotel manager who even gave us a ride to the train station in his private car when our taxi was a no-show! We'd definitely stay there again.

The perfect classic B & B in Canterbury
This is the third time I have stayed here. I would have stayed more times but it is often full. It is central located, does great breakfast, is part of The Shepards Neame brewery, and minutes from Canterbury High Street and Canterbury Cathedral. The staff are great!

A comfortable place to stay.
Our room was comfortable except for not having a place to put our suitcases except on a bed. We had a nice view. The bathroom was roomy just don't care for separate hot and cold faucets. The bathroom floor got really hot(Wife of Bath). We especially enjoyed the pub, restaurant and lounge. Great breakfast!

Location, Food, Staff all perfect
Canterbury is an amazing place to visit, and the Millers Arms is the way to go. The room, as expected, was not large, but it was very comfortable. My room overlooked a space used for al fresco drinking and dining for the pub below which meant that at evening dinner time and somewhat later on the weekend, there was some noise--people talking, laughing. Otherwise it was quiet. When I decided to turn in early on a Friday, a simple white noise app on my phone took care of any noise. Not every room would be similarly situated. The staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful, and the breakfast (hot breakfast cooked to order) was the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had anywhere. Prices were very good, and food was very, very good. It was just a short walk to the Cathedral, City Center and train stations--somewhat closer to Canterbury West.
