Hotel is nice and location is good. Walking distance from main shopping street and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is located on restricted traffic area so either you use valet parking or leave car on street parking nearby. Spa was a bit small but it has sauna and steam room and it has one big jacuzzi. Food in a restaurant was delicious.

Modernt, fräscht i skön atmosfär.
Hotellet ligger på en ruffig gata men bra läge med restauranger samt buss- och järnvägsstation inom gångavstånd. När man kommer in slås man av att detta är ett designhotell som håller hög klass. Receptionspersonalen är mycket välkomnande och serviceinriktade. Rummet vi fick var mycket bra utrustat med allt man kan behöva. Sängarna dessutom riktigt bekväma. Det enda jag saknade var en engelskspråkig nyhetskanal på TV:n. Allt är på italienska vilket jag inte behärskar. Enda riktigt stora bedrövelsen vid besöket var hotellets restaurang. Rätterna i den meny som fanns utlagd på hotellrummet fanns inte att beställa utan man hade en liten meny som bara fanns på en papperslapp hos en av servitörerna. Pastarätten som serverades var helt ok men club sandwishen såg ut som en varm ostmacka gjord i en smörgåsgrill. Långt ifrån den standard man kan förvänta sig, speciellt med tanke på priset. När serveringspersonalen dessutom helt saknar känsla för service och förmåga att lösa något så enkelt som ett saltkar känner man sig ganska uppgiven. Frukosten höll däremot en mycket högre kvalitet och frukostpersonalen var mycket serviceminded och snabb. Överlag ett trevligt och bekvämt hotell som jag verkligen kan rekommendera, men blir du hungrig så ät helst någon annanstans.

A hidden Palermo gem near the marina.
I have stayed at this hotel many times because of it's cleanliness, it's friendly and attentive staff and it's location. I have read various reviews on this site regarding the location. The area is not well lit at night but it is quiet and SAFE. I repeat, it's very SAFE so travelers should not feel afraid walking around at night. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious! The hotel treats it's VIPs with superior attention and care. There is a spa service and a small fitness center that could be a little larger but it does the trick for exercise. The main attraction is the wonderful rooftop restaurant which overlooks the beautiful mountains and restored relics of old Sicily which makes for a great setting for a casual morning breakfast or a relaxing dinner at night. I enjoy this place so much I already have reservations there for next summer.
