Your front desk Associates were great. The room was clean, however, neither of the 2 phones in the room worked. Could not call front desk, had to go to front desk. Hot tub was out of order. We booked because of the hot tub. Would have been good to know it didn't work before we booked.

The curtains in our room had stains on them, the hair dryer vent was melted thus didn’t work, the room air conditioner was dripping loudly, the plastic bathtub walls had large cracks, the toilet seat had a orange splotchy stain on it and the bathtub faucet handle was loose and hard to adjust to get the right temperature.

Overall ok hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Is set back away from the road in basically a field. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. Bed were very firm and pillows sucked. Had to fold over several times to make pillows even remotely ok. I was jealous my husband brought his own pillow. Some may find air conditioning loud but as a person who sleeps with 2 fans didn't bother me. Also has a constant fan mode which was enough white noise for me when air conditioning was not running. You box fan ppl will not find this loud enough although bathroom fan may suffice. Toilet DID NOT have toilet lid. This is a pet peeves of mine! I find it disgusting that I cannot close the toilet lid when I flush! Breakfast was ok. Omelets and scrambled eggs made fresh to order which was nice. Otherwise your typical continental breakfast. Had indoor pool and hot tub. Hot tube was great however pool so cold couldn't get in. Second shift front desk woman is fantastic! Remembered who we were and why we were staying! Excellent customer service from her!
