Returning for sure!
This is truly the best hotel in Earl's Court. The staff were amazing and the location is fantastic. I will definitely be returning again soon!

Not as advertised! No King Executive!
What a disappointment! I poured over the hotel choices in London for several weeks. My biggest concern was bed size. I quickly discovered that the standard in London was 1 double bed. This gave me pause because my husband is a rather large fellow and I am currently pregnant so I too am larger than normal. Sadly, hotels.com did not have a filter to search for rooms with king and queen beds, so again I spent hours "saving" and "favoriting" hotels that listed a queen or king bed instead of a double. I had it narrowed down to about 5 hotels and I chose this one because it was the least expensive option for a "King Executive Room." When we arrived at 2 we got our keys and went up to the room and I was horrified. I came back downstairs and said there must be a mistake. This room is the size of a closet with a double bed. Nope, this is the only bed size they have I was told. I returned to the room where I spend an hour on the phone with hotels.com who at first acted like they would help me, only to tell me that they spoke with the hotel and indeed I was in a king executive room. Hotels.com gave me an even nastier, "London kings are not the same as American kings." When I asked the agent then what is a London queen and a London double she didn't have an answer, I would also like to point out that Hotels.com is an American website and should know what Americans expect with king, queen, double, etc. Needless to say I won't be using hotels.com to book international again, if at all.

Very Clean, Great Location
The room was small, but that is to be expected. You can probably fit 2 medium suitcases, but the large (American ones) I believe you would have trouble. The space was clean, the breakfast was high quality, the location was great for access to the tube, and you are only a few stations away from the museums.

Stay here if you want to be happy!
First off, let me just say Alex as the reception deserves a raise! He was so accommodating and truly cared about us for our whole stay here (M-F). The room was great, super clean, bed was comfy, and location was perfect! About a 4 minute walk to Earls Court Tube Station and so many places to eat around there! Including the best traditional Italian restaurant up the street past the Zizzi (don't stop at Zizzi, walk about 100m further up from Tube station). The only complaint I would have about the hotel was the elevator, but it is England so it makes sense. I will definitely come back as the hotel staff is wonderful and the room is great for price! DON'T HESITATE JUST STAY HERE!

Good Stay
The hotel was in a quiet part of town that we felt safe in. Earl's Court Tube is about 2 minutes away. A grocery store is about 5 minutes away and if you prefer, a McDonald's, Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken are only a few minutes walk. There are pubs near by as well as other restaurants and banks. The hotel is well kept up. Our room was clean and neat. It was a "double" and there was room to move around without feeling cramped (but don't think "American motel", not quite that big). My only complaint was the carpet could have used shampooing. There was daily maid service but they came late in the day, so if you were out all day and came back around 3:00pm or 4:00pm they may not have gotten to your room yet. In the lobby, they had a computer to use with a printer, handy for ticket printing. There is also good wifi in all the rooms. Very friendly staff!
