Great hotel close to Annecy
The hotel is new. When I made the reservation it was not yet a star ranking and now it is a 5 start hotel and well deserves it. The whole experience from check in to check out was amazing. The rooms have names and not numbers which is a nice touch. The service is great. Hotel still smells as new which is cool. We ate dinner at the hotel, both service and food were amazing. The people are all very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice including eggs, vegetables, fruits, serials, juices, pastries and bread and coffee. Everything one needs for a good breakfast. The pool is like an infinite pool, very nice. The hotel was not crowded which adds to a good experience. We left a bag of laundry outside and it was picked up by mistake. It took a simple ask and it was returned free of charge, great service. Overall very good and worth a visit.
