Lovely Once We Found the Lobby
The Hyatt Perth is standard Hyatt quality. The room was comfortable, clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The food in the beautiful lobby area (and adjacent Cafe) was tasty. Our only complaint concerns accessing the hotel lobby, which is one level up) from the street. Unless you arrive by car (we arrived by a transfer bus from the cruise port), the only way to access the lobby is to either carry your bags up a long flight of stairs or drag them up a very long incline meant for cars. Although we looked for several minutes, no elevator was found. It was inconvenient to lug our six suitcases (long trip) up the 30 stairs to the lobby. I’m not sure what a disabled person would do.

It was OK stay but I wouldn’t stay here again
It was just OK. Service was great but the hotel has an outdated old feeling. For example the bathtub in the room had water that would pool in the center and not drain. The complex is massive but most of it is empty or not open. Parking is strange with having to walk through a different garage to get to the escalators that don’t take you directly to the lobby. Bed was comfy and the room was ok. It’s just not 5 stars at a 5 star price.
