Awesome!
The reception was amazing! The man that helped us went out of his way to make our stay amazing! We arrived early after an all night train and we went to drop of our luggage at the hotel and he was nice enough to let us get into the room a few hours before check in! The room was very spacious and really clean! Local was perfect!

Good central location and apartment sized unit
The location is perfect and very convenient to walk to all attractions. Breakfast was good. Room view was very good on the 6th floor. Some noise at night from the pub crawl. Needs improvement with amenities, soap, shampoo and conditioner, heat control as well as the key lock. Sometimes it's hard to remove the key, but we found a trick, have to push in the lock on the side of door so the key can be removed. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place.

Great location! Lots of options.
Overall this location was really central to all week wanted to experience which was awesome. Upon our booking they had reached out and asked if we needed a baby crib since they noticed we had an infant with us. One was in the room when we got there. Where to go to check in was confusing which is why I'm rating it slightly lower in service. Additionally, the website mentions parking but didn't expand on it. While I expected we may have to pay for it, there was no cost or instruction on what that was our how it worked. Upon arrival we learned the parking pass was already being used by some one else and we ended up having to park half a mile away. It was a secured garage which was nice but I would have liked to know the options before arrival. The food, shopping, and accessibility for walking was perfect for us. And while the residence was right in the heart of old town shopping, you didn't hear it in the room. It was also more of an apartment with access to cooking on your own of preferred.

Hidden Gem in Prague
This was the most surprising hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. unassuming building and cheap costs are washed away when you walk into a spacious studio apartment with kitchen. Sure, the furniture is from IKEA, but the place was clean and spacious and best of all had air conditioning that you could control. Right in the heart of the old town, restaurants and sites are literally at your doorstep. I just wish we could've stayed longer! .. Only downside was a slightly too soft pillow.

Amazing, beyond our expectations Great!
Not a hotel, a true apartment. We had a 2bed, 2bath apartment with kitchen, ac, dining and even an elevator to our floor (although old but still cool). This place opens right into a quaint and thriving plaza right next door to Starbucks and multiple restaurants that have great food. Reception was very friendly and all three people we spoke with had excellent English. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the location the the area was magnificent. Very close to old town square, Charles bridge and many more. We got a taxi to and from the residence and we're so charmed we would love to stay here again. A fantastic location for a magical vacation
