For a four stars hotel with such a rate during Christmas Eve, I was expecting a clean and cozy room. Unfortunately, the room at the 1st floor next to the side street makes you feel you are just partying with the people outside. The maintenance of the room was also not as expected. I showed the pictures to the front desk staff and they were really concerned, and always friendly and respectful. Room change was not possible for the 1st night, so I decided to stay there the two nights anyway. Location is very good.

Lovely stay in a great location
The room was lovely - plenty of space, clean, modern, great bathroom, fridge, free water each day. All you would expect really. Location perfect for the train station and also for wandering into Strasbourg or getting a tram.

Great place to sleep but dont eat here
I chose this hotel as it had a restaurant and bar. It was closed on Sunday. Breakfast buffet poor, powered eggs. Dinner Monday awful, raw chicken , poor service and had to constantly ask for service and assistance. Great location but wont book here again
