It was perfect for what I needed! It was spacious, clean and felt homey. Finding it was a bit challenging at first. Close to restaurants, and the airport.

Safe and quiet. Not in the tourist areas but no more than a 20 minute drive to most areas of San Juan.

6/10 Good

I liked that the place was convenient to freeways. It was quaint and clean. Visible repairs needed to the walls and ceilings. There were no face cloths and they said they don't provide them. The parking was TERRIBLE. You take a ticket to get in the gate and have to go inside the hospital nearby to pay. Parking was $25 per night. There is a structure nearby that is $6.65 per night but it's a walk and if you have luggage or groceries or elderly/disabled person like I did on this trip, it's not feasible. I had to buy my own roll of tissue as I did not see any in the apartment. There was a coffee maker and coffee but no sugar or cream. The air works great. Beds comfortable. Didn't understand why you can't smoke on the outside patio. Inconvenience. I would not choose to stay here again simply due to location and parking. Needs updates outside. Only one tv in the whole apartment. None in the bedroom. Would not stay here again.

2/10 Poor

It was a bad experience back door was unable to be open. Smoke detectors was ripped from wall. And the host was not even in the country. Person on phone was in Dominican Republic.

Very clean Had no hot water and tub faucet fell off when used Sent someone to fix faucet but did not address hot water issue

4/10 Fair

The place was overall what we paid for and the host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The only downfall was finding cockroaches everyday in one of the bathrooms and the bed sheets had stains on them.

6/10 Good

We got there 30 minutes prior check in time and we called paid the extra 30 minutes for the lockbox not to work waited for someone to come and opened with a screwdriver and by the time we got in was regular checked in time. I was told they were going to reimburse me but they haven’t. They inside it is cute but it wasn’t too cleaned and the little broom didn’t help. Parking can be more than $10 depends on where you park

Love everything about this place and stay but the parking not so happy about since it’s no free parking you have to pay day to day parking.
