The location was great, the staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. However, the room itself was disappointing. It was cold throughout my stay, the mattresses were quite worn and sunken, the walls had stains and marks, and the lighting was poor. I understand the building is older, but the room did not feel well maintained. For about $300+ for two nights, I expected better overall conditions.

Bed is uncomfortable, like really uncomfortable and the AC is LOUD. Room was clean but some curly hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but you have to wait too much time in line to get it. Had to change the access card three times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect but overall I will not recommended this hotel .

It's a unique experience. It gave me a glimpse of how my kids lived while at university. The room was clean, sparse, quiet and simple. The communal garbage (no trash cans in the room) was eye-opening. If you're okay with bare-bones living (I grew up poor), it shouldn't phase you. A microwave and large fridge in the room helped immensely (large Metro grocery store is across the street). Location, location is what sells this place. Continental breakfast was simple. The only vise for us was the parking situation (no recommended parking offered or suggested), which ended up as a $50 mess for 2 nights of parking. Would still recommend this place for short stays on a budget.

The accommodation worked very well and was in the perfect location for me and my friend. And the price was very reasonable. So we did not expect luxury. But the room (703) really needs some maintenance. The towel racks had been ripped out of the walls, hot and cold water in the taps was very hard to control, there were no bedside reading lights. In fact, the only light in the room was a bright one mounted on the wall opposite the beds. And the beds are not very good. Having said that, breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Just that the room needed some maintenance.
