Very convenient location and best aspects were ease of parking an great full breakfast inclusion. Room was small and very basic and austere. No fridge for drinks. Pillows so small as to be almost useless. Rooms were hot so we had to keep windows open for three days. We absolutely hated that there were always several people congregated right outside main entrance door smoking. This was quite disgusting. We had to hold our noses. Girls on reception duty were friendly and helpful. But older gentleman alwasy grumpy. Never smiled. Breakfast overcrowding due to there being Polish Tourbus loads every morning. A lot of pushy people. So much could be done to improve.

Good hotel for a short stay
Good hotel for a short stay. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are OK. WiFi was horrible. Will only work in the lobby. The IT people did not know what they were doing. You cannot link wireless routers with WiFi without lots of interference with each other.

Hotel was modern, nice and clean. Room very good. Our breakfasts were excellent. Access & parking very convenient & safe. The staff on the front counter always seemed grumpy. Suggest they attend customer service class on "how to be warm and friendly"!

Comfortable hotel away from town centre
This is not a "pretty little German hotel". It's for commercial users staying just one or two nights I would think, and it's situated in a semi industrial area. As such, however, it fulfils its role very well and can be recommended as providing comfortable, clean rooms at a reasonable price; the food is buffet style and of good "canteen" quality - again reasonably priced.
