Good location
Location very good in the very center of city, breakfast was acceptable, if u are lucky to find parking close by hotel will cost u 2 euro per hour if not u should take public parking, bathroom drain was not working, we didnt book the room in advance and when we reached hotel receptionist told us room cost 145 euro and mentioned online is same price while we booked it right after for 90 euro

Terrible hotel, very dirty
I check in and was expecting a 4 star hotel. It was far from that and was more like a 2 star hotel. One could see how it might have been a grand old hotel years past, but it was desperately in need of a renovation. When I got to my room, it was tiny with dirty walls. Worse, it was clearly not cleaned with the sheets on the floor and dirt everywhere. I left and went to Club Spa which was amazing and only a little bit more expensive about 5 minutes away.

Out-dated, decent priced hotel w/good location
It isn't a bad hotel, but it is by no means a 4-star in my view. I'll start with the positives. The thing that makes this hotel good is the staff. They are very kind, helpful, and generally made the experience overall. The location is also very convenient, as it is right near the center of town (right around the corner from the shopping area). The breakfast was pretty standard - it had a decent offering of meats and cheeses, breads, fruit, yogurts, and cereals. They will make fresh coffee for you as requested, which was very nice tasting and good service. This is definitely an older hotel in need of some renovations, and the noise proofing is poor. I could hear the person in the next room sneeze and walk around the room quite clearly. The rooms offer the basics, though I felt the bathroom needed an upgrade since the shower head was rusted. The gym is not something I would advertise. It is a cramped room in a sketchy looking part of the basement with aged equipment. I walked in and walked straight back out again when I saw the mess of weights all over the floor and old equipment. I'm not sure if it was the time that I visited, but there were several school groups there (high school or early college) that were noisy as well. They calmed down by midnight, but it definitely impacted the stay. If you're looking for an okay hotel for a reasonable price and good location, this is an okay choice, however next time I would choose another hotel even if it cost a bit more.

Hotel is nicely positioned - underneath there is a restaurant and food smells comes trought the ventilation - beware if you’re sensible.

Recommended in Padova.
Good hotel in a very good location, close to important sites in Padova: university, shops, restaurants and to train station (1/2 an hour to Venice).
