A cute hotel in the heart of the city
The location was in the heart of the city, walking distance from everything, attractions, sovenier shopps, Resturant , staff was very friendly, room was very comfortable, it was like a mini apartment with 2 bedrooms and one bath, modern design everything was high end level, I wish we could stay longer and the breakfast was pretty good

Odd name, solid hotel
If you're planning to drive here, call and inquire about the roadwork first. Construction was being done when we arrived, which made the whole block inaccessible to cars. The employees are aware of how difficult this is and will offer to ride with you to reach one of the two parking garages they use. Take the offer, as it involves driving the wrong way down the partially-closed street! They were also kind enough to move us after we were unhappy with our first room. It was a large, renovated space on the top floor, but the windows were frosted and interior-facing, which felt oddly claustrophobic. We moved to a room with a front-facing balcony, which was probably a mistake, given the noise. Guests and people outside were loud at all hours. The bed was comfortable, however, and there were a-la-carte breakfast options in addition to the buffet option. I do wish the rooms had a mini-fridge and kettle for coffee, but we made do. For some reason the hotel sells its own marmalade, which seems to be the reason for the odd name.

Good location
Good location in old town close to the Basicilla. Lots of noise outside the window late into the early morning.

Very clean and priced nicely
We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sauce. The only disappointment was that we called ahead to ask if we could have an extra cot in our room because my niece was coming along. Over the phone, we were told that we would be accommodated, but when we arrived there was no record of the conversation and we ended up paying for one more room. Nevertheless, the hotel was clean, the staff was knowledgeable, and the location was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We were in Zaragoza during Holy week and were able to observe the processions from our room.
