Good price but dirty
The price and location convenience persuaded us to stay in this Ibis for 4 nights, but the cleanliness of the room was not what we expected. We understand that for the price we paid, we should not be expecting luxury but we did expect a clean room to stay. The walls and the floors were extremely dirty.

Great stay
The hotel was fine with minimal issues. The only problem that I had was that my shower head was messing up with water pressure. Other than that it was close to everything.

Lovely, friendly and close to the action
The staff was very friendly and bilingual! Location was very convenient and lively. The bed was not the most comfortable but we made do. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, but A/C does not work.
Good location, but the the A/C in my room did not work. I had to switch rooms at 2:00 am. Very basic breakfast!

Overall good value, just watch out for the tours
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location, cleanliness, and design of the hotel were highlights. The bed was a little small for two people, and the bathroom wasn't really a "room" but a walled off piece of the main room, so you could hear everything. I would have upgraded to a larger room had I known this. The breakfast was okay; fine and what you might expect for a free continental breakfast. The biggest complaint was the confusion we had over a tour that we booked through the hotel. We were given a pamphlet for Destinos Mexicanos, which seemed to have good itineraries at great prices. We told the front desk when we were interested in going, and it was "booked" in the computer. We knew very little detail, and little did we know we were booked a private tour and were picked up by a guy in a car for the two of us. It seemed a little weird, so we decided not to continue, should we be charged for a private versus group tour. Later on we realized the website of the tour company didn't exist; so do not book any tours through Destinos Mexicanos!

Not a bad stay.
Clean hotel, clean room. I enjoyed the bed, my wife not so much Missing a few things in room, no drawers for clothes (we stayed a week). No iron, shared iron in a separate room in hallway. One trash can in entire room (bathroom). Amazing shower head. Silhouette visible of person showering seen from bedroom, Great for couples!!! ;) After seeing that the Continental Breakfast looked average we decided to the enjoy the culinary deliciousness that Mexico has to offer. But aside from those small details we enjoyed our stay. 5 min walk to “The Angel”. Great restaurants walking distance. Chapultepec park 20 min walk.
