No frills but good.
Front desk was very helpful and kind. Good location for train and sight seeing bus stops. No frills but clean. Secure location and has lots of nice hotels surrounding it.

Great location
A good basic hotel in a great location. No frills, and the traffic noise could be a problem if you can’t close the windows, but the location makes it a good inexpensive place to stay. The staff was very helpful.

Convenient and clean
Good place to stay. 5 minute walk to metro, bus station and taxi stand. Within 25 minutes walk of everything. Room was small and no microwave but it was clean and the price is right.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. I contacted them the day before to let them know I would be arriving in the morning, and they arranged to have my room cleaned as soon as possible so that I could check at 11 am instead of the regular 1 pm time. I also needed to print some documents, and when I asked at the reception where near the Hotel I could go to do that, they offered to print them for me for free. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great location and staff, noisy street
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, and it was a good price for what we got. The location is a 15 minute walk from the Coliseum and close to the main train station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Because the hotel faces a busy street, it can be a bit noisy, although I suspect most of Rome is. Also, the shower was tiny and the Wi-Fi was slow in the room. Hotel felt secure and the rooms were clean. Overall good quality for the price.
