Expensive for what you actually are getting
Friendly and helpful staff. Great view from the room. Unfortunately, the direct sun and no AC made it nearly impossible to sleep. They concierge did manage to get us an extra fan though. Extremely tight space for three guests.

For the price and a short stay - hotel was sufficient. Close to many restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast for 8 euros a little pricey. But coffee and tea were available complimentary 24 hours

Mozart hotel
There are plenty of good & bad things about this hotel. The staff is friendly & helpful, and I liked the location since it's essentially in the heart of everywhere I wanted to go. Also close to many good restaurants. As for my room (305), it may be the smallest hotel room in the world. I think prison cells are larger. No joke, it had a small bed and an open area similar in size to the bed - that's it. The included breakfast was OK although it would have been nice to have some hot selections. One item that I still don't understand is with the reservation. I had used a credit card to make it, but a few days before arriving I received an email saying they needed me to send my credit card number to them otherwise I could lose the reservation. My only means to do so was to email it to them, which I didn't want to do but did anyway. Even there, I had to pay for the room upfront otherwise they said they would put some sort of hold on my credit card for 2 weeks. I guess they thought I would leave after seeing how small the room was...

a quick get away
The stay was great. The hotel staff were awesome all around .. from information of the area to holding our bags after we checked out. I have nothing but positive things to say. The was a very small and would have liked to had a queen size instead of to twins. Other than that the location was great for eating but a little walk to go see all the sites. I will definitely room here again.

Great location to restaurants, bars and local transportation. Room window opened to small walled area and another room. Room could get really warm fast, fortunately, the nights cooled off and provided fan made it comfortable enough to sleep. Little natural light in room. We also had a triple room on fourth floor. Very large window, no other room looking directly in and a lot of natural light.
