I got in late around 12:30am so I wasn't able to check out the gym or anything. I was very shocked that they didn't have any staff on duty at night. They had a kiosk machine that you pressed a button to connect to someone. Most likely overseas. I understand they're trying to save money but this is taking away from American jobs!!! Room was clean & nice. The bed and pillows were AWFUL! The bed was so stiff. Pillows were so flat, they only give you two pillows. I woke up and my back was killing me. I couldn't wait to get home and put some heat on my back and take a Tylenol. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The front desk closes at 5pm and we were there before that. And then you have to use a kiosk in the lobby to complete check in. Tje room itself is nice, with exception of the heat. The heat was at 59 degrees and took forever to get warm. We were instructed to turn heat fan on low, and wait 15-20 min for it to get warm as well as there was a supposed motion sensor. It took over an hour to move from 59 to 64 Ridiculous. It’s 16 degrees outside.
