decent Ok hotel in very quaint town.
Hotel was fine just not as pleasant as others on our trip. My room was large but was located near the street so it was loud in the early morning with delivery trucks and church bells ringing. The breakfast room was dark; however, The personnel were helpful and very accommodating and the town was very quaint. I would say it was a decent place to stay for the price.

Nice hotel in a lovely little town
Perfect base for explore this part of the Tuscany. We stayed in the hotel for three nights. The hotel is nice, big room, comfy bed, very quiet day and night. Bathroom is a bit small and dated but good shower and spotless clean. Good breakfast in the lovely garden. The coffee wasn't good though.There is no lift in the hotel but it wasn't a problem to us and we stayed on the third floor. The girl at the reception is very nice, warm, friendly and helpful. The restaurant she recommended to us - Da Ciacco was one of the best we've had during our two weeks holiday in Tuscany. The food was just delicious. Better than the other popular one. I would stay there again.

limited staff in this small hotel but went out of there way to be of service; enjoyed our stay very much. large comfortable room. parking outside the wall is not that bad and close buy. web site could enhave arrival instructions; had to walk into town and ask were location was.

Do not miss staying here
A wonderful find in the most beautiful town. Escaped the tourist hordes and enjoyed staying in huge well appointed room. Friendly helpful staff with local meal the best of our stay in Tuscany. Highly recommended!

we loved this b&b - top of the town across from a church on a lovely piazza - very quiet with great restaurants around the corner, beautiful rooms, attentive staff, free internet, feather pillows and dreamy bed. Immaculate, super quiet, fantastic breakfast and grounds. Only downside was no english tv (bbc) and the parking was 100 meters straight downhill (you can drive up and drop off your luggage in front and then park). The staff person got in the car to help my husband park. We would stay here again in a minute.
