Great location
Great location near the Coliseum and metro, with a lively square and many restaurants at the base of the building. Note that this is a B&B, not a hotel. They need to know when to expect you, since the door on the street has an electronic lock.

The perfect place to be
The perfect place! Right in rione Monti s heart, one of the best area to be in Rome, trendy area alive with nightlife, fashion and a lot of restaurant. The rooms are immaculate, and nicely furnished, continental breakfast is served directly in your room. There is a small elevator, where one person can ride with his bags. Nicely priced, Tania, the b e b attendant is always there to help you with anything you might need. I'll be back very soon! Wifi works perfectly!

Consider Carefully
Room was very good and the location to attractions and transport was terrific. It is located within easy access to restaurants and bars. Checkin was difficult as there was no one there to let us in. Once someone turned up and we could come in off the street it went smoothly. This same situation happened to other guests. It is located along side a fountain square which is used as a meeting/party place for locals and tourist till early hours. The early morning clean up by workers involving smashing bottles into bins and trucks, is an issue if you want a sleep in or an early night.

Pit Stop in Roma
Stopped for a night in Rome before continuing to Napoli. We arrived late so we had to go to where the key holder was since it was more of a guest house style. The room was different than pictures but very lovely. Although we didn't use a life for our heavy luggage which was challenging.
