I rarely write reviews, so when I do, it’s because the experience truly stood out. Our stay at The Palms Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond Claudio, Armando, Dolores, Foster, and the entire housekeeping team were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West. A special shoutout to Christian at the bar for making fantastic drinks! The hotel’s quaint, relaxed atmosphere creates the perfect lowkey getaway while still being close to everything Key West has to offer.
