Would absolutely stay here again!!
Communication was prompt, warm and welcoming. Close to the train station (so nice that we didn't have to haul our bags into Venice, just a 5 min walk to the hotel. Even though it is in the epicenter of everything you would want or need, the hotel is nestled down a quaint alley so it's very quiet and clean. The hospitality was fabulous, check in instructions after 4pm were easy to understand, even kind of sweet. :) The complimentary breakfast was such a nice bonus, soft/hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, pastries, sliced meats and cheese, rolls, toast and accompaniments, espresso machine, fresh fruit, juice..etc. On our last day, my son's were too tired to get out of bed, and the owner offered a tray for me to take breakfast up to them so they didn't miss out, so kind! The room was very clean and spacious even with 3 twin beds, 2 nightstands, a closet and large open shelving. Would absolutely come back if I am ever for fortunate to visit Venice again. Thank you for a wonderful end to our tour of Italy! Ciao!

Nice place in a cesspool of a city
Venice is the most overrated city in the world. Local businesses are not friendly, the city is a maze and difficult to navigate, the gondola ride is a rip-off, and the boat taxi's are a pain to figure out. Most of the art is on the building walls in the form of graffiti. The hotel is pretty nice though. Clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. The best part is it's right next to the train station and reasonably priced.

Loved the cute hotel. Checked in early staff stored bags, then put them in the room. No elevator, Fridge didn't work. I would stay again. All newer clean carpets.
