Great location for Jazzfest/
Stayed here during Jazzfest. It was a mid-priced hotel so don't expect Four Seasons but what they offered was fine and matched the price. No lounge or restaurants but close to plenty. Pretty courtyard with a pool. Saw other patrons having mimosas there in the morning and swimming in the afternoon. For us it was about the location. we'd walk home each evening from the fairgrounds. Being between Jackson Square and Frenchman street it was easy walking access to all things French Quarter, yet away from the honky tonk of Bourbon. We'd stay there again.

Cute spot with good, quiet location.
Great location, and very nice rooms. Large and clean. Staff was very helpful when we arrived at 10am, allowing us to check in early beachside the room was already ready. Only complaint was the light in the room at night. Blinds didn’t do much to block the light from the outside, which would jump to full power whenever someone walked by.

Get charm with a few sacrifices
At first, we questioned what we got ourselves into since there wasn’t lots of prep about hotel details like how/where to unload, accessibility would have been a concern with all the steps and hallways, valet parking details, cost were not shared and no receipt for that charge after the fact. At the end, we also had to get our own car. All of these things were negligible, after we realized the “charm” and location. You had very little amenities, but we did so many outings it was fine. Thank you for the water bottles! Housekeeping was a little lacking and inconsistent, but again just really needed the bed and shower. Front desk was also helpful, which was very much appreciated!

Not worth the cost when you add parking.
The room was very clean but not well constructed. We could see through the cracks between the door and the facings. Lots of noise could be heard from the street and the hall we were on. I was a little disappointed in it for the cost.
